The company I work for use Pivotal. Every time I speak to any IT representative they are straight out rude. Not just unfriendly, but rude. They are blunt and ALWAYS make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them. They also speak to you as though you are stupid, yet they use IT jargon that is specific to their industry. Service has been particularly bad over the last 18 months. And don’t even get me started on their ‘after hours’ service that goes straight to message bank…

Their sales department are continually harassing us every month trying to sell us their services. We have told them multiple times to stop calling us, and that we do not need or want any of their services.I've now instructed my staff to just hang up on anyone calling from Pivotal Business Systems.

I get unsolicited calls frequently from companies wanting to sell me print or managed IT solutions. In this case I had a voice message from a Charles just saying Charles from Pivotal. Call me." - I found that curt and rude. The trouble with first impressions is you only get to make one.I phoned the landline number Charles had called from. It didn't go to reception
