Needed emergency glass sliding door replacement following accident. Treated like a criminal on the phone. They demanded full payment up front ($1200) before even considering doing the job. Got told they have had several court cases to retrieve money owed to them and you don't walk out of a supermarket without paying" as reasons why I was spoken to like rubbish on the phone. Paid up front as no other choice. Job got done. Had to ask for itemised receipt which was handwritten and did not include labour costs.Note to Goulburn City Glass: do not judge and treat people like rubbish because they live in rental accommodation. Your customer service is appalling and it's not my problem that you have had customers in the past who haven't paid up."

OMG!!! I was absolutely gobsmacked. A week ago I dropped off two hand made pantry doors to be glazed as I am renovating my kitchen over my holiday. It was agreed upon in the initial meet that the glass would be supplied and fitted a quote would be supplied within a day or so. As I have heard nothing from reception in over a week I made a call and was promptly told we will supply glass only, to which I replied ok I will be down to collect my doors. On arrival the receptionist ( I use that term very loosely) said in a condescending way sorry we couldn’t get the job done quick enough for you to which I replied it’s not about the speed of the job it’s about waisting my time and as quick as a flash this thing that calls herself a receptionist told my and I quote “ Well get f$@&?d then”. Wow I nearly fell over. Without being to derogatory it doesn’t really surprise me, as she doesn’t seem too bright to start with. CITY GLASS you should rename yourselves SHI??Y GLASS.

They help most people most of the time. They Cant help everybody all the time. I was very surprised these guys even spoke to you considering the core business they run out of that little shop. Quite remarkable TBH. Australia needs more businesses like this. If your a clown you'll be told. Sounds like you were told.
