Really great place, I’ve had 4 repairs over past year, a iPhone 6 wouldn’t charge, IPhone 7 with 2 x smashed screens, an iPad that wouldn’t accept input and next I’m taking in an iPhone 10 with water damage. Service is FAST which is brilliant because we are so reliant on phones etc so basically no wait times with all items repaired same day, usually within hour. Prices really good, especially considering cost of replacement! Location is perfect easy to park easy to walk too. Highly recommended!

Let me start with how knowledgeable these guys are. I had repaired my iPhone 8 yesterday and very happy with the service. I firstly went to other phone repaired shop and asked the cost. And after comparing 5,6 shop, this “Repair Mate” is way cheaper than you think. Brilliant service, they have gave me all the options and I choose one which is very good for me.Thanks guys for your service.

Such good service, friendly, engaging and fixed the problem so easily. I was concerned about cost and the rubbish service that goes hand in hand with tech companies.This was different. Hospitality at its purest.

Very good experience, very friendly service, and was done within 30 minutes. Costs same as apple repairs, but is much more convenient.

I quite badly damaged my phone and I thought that it was unrepairable however they were able to fix it without any hesitation and according to schedule. The staff there were really nice and i highly recommend anyone in the area with a broken phone to take it here :)

My Partner and I came in to get new screen protectors on holidays, the prices were a little pricey. My screen protector that was put on my Pixel 6 Pro started to see the adhesive becoming loose after only a few minutes of leaving the store. When I went to show him, he then said that due to the phone being curved that's normal to happen. If I was told this before I wouldn't of had it put on in the first place, he refused to replace or refund the screen protector. When I came back down to Melbourne I spoke to a couple different stores and all said that none of them use the specific protector the guy put on my phone, as it's a known issue on curved screens and had a particular one that suits my phone, whilst still being cheaper than what Repair Mate put on my phone. I suggest if you have a flat screen you'll be fine, but if you have a curved display like mine, I suggest you look elsewhere. As you'll find better pricing and honest places that won't put on defective screen protectors.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS MESSAGE:Mate you're welcome to spin the story to make yourself look good, but at the end of the day you put a screen protector on my device that does not work for my phone. There was no physical damage or a chip as you've suggested. I walked out of your store, grabbed a coffee across the road and then proceeded back to your store. You didn't specify that the protector would start to become loose as soon as you'd apply it on. You told me what you needed to say to make me buy it and then when something went wrong created a different story when I came back.

Amrit from Repair Mate was a legend. He took my two broken phones, and a toy robot (!) and fixed all of them. He was very honest, telling me there was a chance one phone was beyond repair, but he gave it a go and had all three items repaired a few hours later. Brilliant! Plus he had the screen I needed in stock, whereas I could not find another local repair shop with any in stock. 5/5 stars from me.

Needed to get my iPhone X screen replaced. Dropped it into Repair Mate and the screen was sorted in 45 minutes. Quality is impeccable and that quick turn around was much appreciated.
