Plan A Glass is absolutely amazing. Brendan is very professional, friendly and customer focused. My new windows and security screens are top quality. The installation was so quick. I have received 5 different quotations and Brendan's quote was best value, very competitive. I was very dissappointed with other quotes because of the waiting times ( even to give a quotation some of the companies gave me 2 weeks waiting period) and their pricing. When I found Plan A Windows, Brendan came to measure my windows on the same day. He properly listened to me to understand what I am expecting, he gave great advice and sent me some photos for different options. With a new puppy in the house we wanted a doggie-door installed into a glass panel leading to the patio, and it was not a job for an amateur or DIY handyman like myself.Brendan from Plan A was informative and helpful. He explained the process, which involved ordering a new tempered glass panel with a cut-out for the doggie-door, was on-time every time, and completed the job with no mess left behind.
