Eureka Furniture Fortitude Valley

I love the stools we purchased. However I would never go to the warehouse again. They were aggressive and tried to give us used product. My daughter came with me and was scared of the warehouse worker. He was throwing pens at the staff and was angry in general. Such a shame as the price and product are awesome.

I have to say I am always thoroughly impressed with the customer service and selection of beautiful pieces at this store. My husband and I wandered in one day, not really expecting to make a purchase but we were so welcomed by the lovely Emma, and we LOVED one of the outdoor lounges (+ coffee table + modesty screen) so much that we bought it then and there! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his son as well, who chatted to us for quite a while. I really love the laid back elegance of the store and the warm feeling the staff always create. Even the delivery guys were polite, easy going, professional, set up the pieces carefully and quietly, and then happily said goodbye and left - literally every part of the interaction with Eureka Street and associates was a dream experience. I absolutely recommend going here if you're looking for some gorgeous pieces of furniture along with exemplary customer service!

Staff were very helpful and I am extremely pleased with the furniture I purchased. Delivery was on time and I elected to collect some from the warehouse at Acacia Ridge and the staff there were also very helpful.. No problem with awarding 5 stars..

The worst customer experience I've ever had. After purchasing & ordering thousands of dollar of outdoor furniture, I've waited over 9 months for cushions that have been lost twice from the warehouse but have never had a returned call or proactive call from the business on any occasion regarding the cushions and delays with other ordered products.Stay well away from this business

Very friendly and efficient staff in their Fortitude Valley store.. My leather couch was delivered on time and the two guys assembled it and took away all the packaging. Apart from the excellent quality of their furniture.... Their service matches that quality.

Purchased a stunning 3 Bay library.Provincial Living up the road had the identical library for $3k more!!Another good thing...their warehouse is at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, whereas Provincial Living ship there stuff up from Melbourne which takes forever and is an extra cost!

Every thing about this lounge buying experience was 5 star!The retail assistant in store was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant without being pushy.The lines of communication Re: payment and delivery were via text, phone calls and email. Delivery was quick and a reasonable cost.The delivery company were pleasant, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They unpacked all the packing and took it away, placed the lounges in the position I asked them to and didn’t leave any mess behind.Thankyou for such a pleasant buying experience. We will certainly be back!
