Eugene is an amazing, honest person, and very good with what he does in this profession.Many times I have not only had my shoes fixed expertly but he has cleaned a favourite hand bag of mine beautifully.He is always eager to fit me in and do what ever I need last minute too.I couldn’t recommend him more.Nelya Maria. Brought my Yohji Yamamoto boots here to be completely resoled. Very professional job done and I’m very happy with the results. (See pics). Not the cheapest, but they don’t profess to be (top end of south Yarra). If you pay peanuts…..you get monkeys.Would definitely recommend as this was a complex job and I was quite fussy.

I knew about this business for a while but never tried it for myself, until I finally decided it was time to do something about my boots and dress shoes that have been run down after a few years of wear. I wasn't sure about how shoe repairs work, but the owner was very helpful and ran me through the process, as well as giving me some fantastic advice about shoe care. The restoration was beyond what I expected, they brought my shoes back to life, and saved me a ton of money when I thought I would need to restock my wardrobe. Very happy customer, highly recommended.

Had my favourite heels dyed before their natural colour started to fade.. can’t wear them anymore-they we’re dyed black from beige but it looks like a toddler did it-it’s so patchy and blotchy :/ take more care with your clients’ belongings and maybe you’ll have more client retention…
