Haven't visited M A Walker until recently when I dropped in regarding a Tyre problem, that's not part of the business but he took the time to discuss it with me and recommended another local service provider that turned out to be great, weeks later, just 2 days before Christmas a relative's car had a severe driveshaft problem MA took the job, kept the owner informed, helped find a cheaper solution when a very expensive part was needed (saved about $200) and had it ready in time for them to go on their family holiday, all up the job was probably $500 to $600 or more cheaper than the brand name big dealer and the dealer wouldn't have started the job straight away or got it done before Christmas and would have used the expensive option. We all should consider keeping these Old School" local workshops going they have the technology and skills."

I was pleased to hear that M.A. Walker Autogas and Mechanical had the right electrical reader systems to read my OEM LPG system.Mark is experienced in the specialisation of LPG service and repair. He is able to clearly articulate what is wrong with the system and why. He has a deep understanding on what usually faults. In this particular case, ignition coils will fault on LPG, way before the lower, less pressurised octane level of unleaded fuel. I needed the tank on my van tested, the filler valve to be replaced and a gas tune. Everything went smoothly with no fuss and no problems. The job was finished earlier than expected.
