The regular day staff are very friendly and helpful, even took the time to help me when i was on crutches to get my things to the car

Went to get a slurpee around 11:45pm last night and the attendant wouldn’t open the doors. He was rude and too busy filling the shelves to worry about me. What’s the point of being 24 hours? Lost my business that’s for sure.

Just been in and the girl didn't ring my purchase through the register, just gave me change. Some dishonesty going on here.

It's my favorite place to get coffee, with great service attendants.

Staff are friendly, I often pop in for a drink and a no beef pie and no egg sambo, I think the staff can see the customers habits and usually have a pie in the warmer ready to go.

Can't have a worse service like I got from here. Went to collect a parcel with my email notification and driver license, which followed exactly the instruction from the collect instruction from the email. The girl in store was talking with some one in the phone for a while when I was waiting. Then after I told her I was collecting a parcel, she took me to a QMS machine and get me to enter the consignment number. Never heard about that when I collect my parcel in Post and other Newsagency. Alright, let's have a try. However, there is no such a 'consignment number' thing in the email notification. I've tried with order number and reference number but both didn't work. I then talked to the girl and described how the parcel look like, and asked her if she can help to have a look in the parcel area. Should be very easy to do that and maybe we can get a consignment number from there. I got the email notification and driver license as support for the parcel. Anyway, the girl refused to help with a very very bad attitude and saying I need to call the delivery company to sort the issue, and it was 9:30pm... Heavy cold rain outside. Very frustrating experience with this store and staff. Why collecting a parcel becomes that hard? Bad customer service and rude staff.

The staff are so friendly this branch is so clean and organised, and the fuel is usually less price than other branches.

Owner scammed us. Me and my friends forgot the sour patch we payed for, and we came back, and he says we didn't pay. Dissapointed.
