Coles Helensburgh

Just discovered the joys if click and collect. Painless!

The grocery store was clean and very well stocked except for a few things during this 12th January 2022.The staff were very friendly.What disgusted me was the trolley ramp it was incredibly dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned ever!To clean this area used by shoppers would take 2 men with a high pressure hose 3 hours to blast away the urine and dirt. No time at all to improve customer experience.I held my breath in places as it stunk.The car park had litter every where.Pay the trolley gathers more to pick up the rubbish in your car park. It is a garbage dump.Plus clean the ramp weekly, it is so dirty I wanted to turn around.The respiratory clinic needs a clean and weed, however it attracts people to Helensburg. It appears Helensburg has no pride and is not a tidy town. Coles please lead the way, and freshen up! The outside to match the inside,,,, or,,, are your behind the scenes as dirty as the ramp and car park? I am not the only one thinking this.

Clean, well staffed and the produce was fresh, but on the smaller side with a range more comparable to an IGA.

THE MOST TOXIC PLACE ON EARTH! The staff here are nasty, poor excuses for human beings. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.I hope everyone here is gutted, fire them all. Unbelievable.

Overall good. Just missing some products that we used to buy in the city like the Pot-set yogurt (Coles brand).Great staff and amazing opening hours time bracket.

Can’t believe the automatic door is still broken. I am in a mobility scooter that cannot fit through the smaller doors with the bollards in front. I have not been able to shop at the only grocery shop here for 3 weeks. Rachel the store manager and the regional manager have been notified and so far nothing has been done. I love the staff who work there you are all wonderful. Coles for a multi billion business you are a total disgrace.

My experience today was like no other. Never before have I been in a Coles that offered such service. What a friendly environment! A kind woman gave us a sheet that listed popular items in alphabetical order and their aisle numbers. Can you believe it! To wrap it all up, we were farewelled by a nice young man working the self service checkouts. 10/10 - Would shop again!
