Can be crocs, just check the newspapers. But nice area to walk dogs play and walk the beach. One of my favourite spots. Fishing and boating allowed at end with ramp.

The boat ramp is in good condition. Plenty of carparks and signs around. Few bins, possible could put a another one or two. It's a great boat ramp and nice spot to go fishing off the banks.

It's a well known fishing spot but it is also good for birding.

BCMA is home to the Leanyer-Sanderson Waste Water Treatment Plant. If you flush in Darwin's northern suburbs, this is where is goes. The ponds are home to 240 species of birdlife, and some crocodiles.Very modern and clean, the Plant is not open to the public, except on Open Days - which I found well-worth my effort. Not smelly at all.
