Prouds the Jewellers Parramatta

Customer service is terrible. I usually purchase items in Prouds. Always had good experience in other stores. This time went to blacktown store to ask a solution for my daughter's ear rings as it keep coming out. Solution they gave me is to buy a new one instead of giving solution for the existing one. Do they mean should I keep purchasing the spare parts for a faulty desig. I'm not happy with the customer service.

Some of the worst people at the desk ahah. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes just waiting for someone to assist me yet they all would side eye and ignore. Dahlia saw me and did not come up to help, the Asian lady also did the same. Eventually when I got assisted I informed her that I handed in my watch box when sending it for repair and she insinuated I was lying since it's not regular practice. Then upon calling Dahlia who took the initial repair request, the box and everything I provided was behind the desk. They need to work on their customer skills, tone and integrity :)

Assistant manager her name is May ,she was very rude and yelling when she was dealing with a costomer.When the customer trying to explain that the product she bought had faulty.

Terrible experience this afternoon. I did not want to take another chance to buy at this store as I may find the merchandise not being handled with care in this particular store.Let alone the young sales lady kept fake yawning while 'serving me' and asked 'what are you doing?' when I tried to figure out how to open the clip of the special design of the pendant(She never offered help until I asked her how to open the clip). The most dramatic part was when I told her I wanted to purchase the pair of earrings that I was interesred she said oh its broken" then she told the manager that I wanted to buy that broken earrings. But the earrings were in good condition when she showed them to me just a few minutes ago. I had reflected my shopping experience served by this young lady to the manager. I even suggested the manager to find out who had caused the damaged to that earring in the past few minutes as they were in good condition. Manager handled customer well

They do not pick up their phone, I've called them at least 5x in one day and no one picks up. I asked for a quote for a repair and they said they would call me back within 2 weeks for a quote. I had to follow them up after 2 weeks since no one got back to me just to get a quote. On top of that, they have to keep passing you around every sales person there because barely anyone knows what's going on with your situation. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with them. Waiting for my ring to be sent back to me for a repair, and they said it will take a week. It's been more than a week and no one calls to give me any updates and no one answers the phone. I don't recommend going to this branch at all.

I picked up a diamond ring today that I bought a week ago and it had to be resized. I was quite excited to say the least. The lady who served was so rude and couldn't care less. Unlike the lady who sold me the ring she was so helpful and pleasant. I saw her on the way out and was excited for me and pleasant. Today's shopping experience was so deflating

Worst customer service ever. (Parramatta)I was humiliated by the staff word. After I bought something then only she smiled at me.My whole day was ruined and I felt so uncomfortable……..

I have had the worst experience ever at parramatta Prouds.I bought a pair of earrings product code 2449858 on the 03/03/2023. I wore them that day and later my son commented that they are bent.I went back on the 11/03/2023 to return the product as they are faulty and the Assistant Manager (maye) was rude form the onset she said at first this is the design and I showed her from a new product that you had on display that it is not. Then she proceeded to say she could only give me a store credit and i cannot return them. I said that the product is obviously faulty and under the NSW fair trading act you are obliged to refund me the product.She then proceeded to yell at me and everyone in the store was shocked even the other staff.I called the store today 13/03/2023 to follow up my complaint and spoke to Abdo and he was so unprofessional and answered the phone telling me the store has been closed for 5 years and the proceeded to joke around with me. This is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a retail store.I would like for this to be escalated and dealt with is a much better fashion.I left the store on the 11/03 in tears and quite distressed from the experience.Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.Sarah

Items is alright.But, Very poor sales skills this Terisa. I think coles cashiers have better selling skills than her. No greeting, smile, or giving recomendation, feels like dont care. Anyway, wouldnt bought it if not because promotion. Feel sorry for Prouds if has to smash price to sell, just because incompetent sales.

I enjoyed being there actually , the air conditioned was nice and cool and looking at the jewellery was a pleasure as well, ,but the service that I received Was excellent the young man went out of his way to get what I wanted to have a look at. looking through drawers ringing up to see if they had it at another store. yes I did buy something and that was very good because it was 50% off which was marvelous I did not get what I was after but I have been looking for it for years so that really wasn't unexpected. , my suggestions is they could do with some seats so you could sit down and look for things or rest while waiting for somebody else.my experience was very pleasant.!
