Incredibly rude and hostile management, clearly worried about money above anything else. I made an honest mistake as my friends and I began to set up after hours yet soon realised we had booked for the park right opposite. We set up, realised our mistake as the instructions we had for the other park were to park and pay in the morning, and were on the way out in all of 10 minutes. As I collected my partner from the pool on the way out (as she entered while we setup).., without introduction what I now know as the owner started yelling at us across the pool as she accused us of foul play demanding we pay her and took photos of our car even after I had calmly explained the honest mistake. Her husband followed us out onto the street and watched us enter the correct park. Owners lack common sense and decency.

It was ok, but a bit annoying you have to clean your own cabin when you leave or they'll charge you to clean it. We don't usually leave a room trashed anyway, we are generally clean people, but the whole do it or else we'll charge you extra" concept feels a bit rude.The concrete step to get up to our cabin was unsteady. There were also dents in the floor of the bathroom under the laminate. I suspect water damage? I was worried about going through it. There's no Foxtel

What a weird experience. We travelled the all world, all continent and stayed in all kind of hotel, hostel and camping. Seeing from the outside this camping seems very nice and we booked a night without checking the internet reviews.Not a single one is exaggerating, the lady owner is the rudest person we've met in this industry. Dropping the toilet keys when leaving we were yelled at, berated, belittled. Our crime ? Dropping the keys a little too late, because we haven't see the check out sign.It is sad to see someone go ballistic for such a trivial matter.

Disgusting service and have reported to the financial Ombudsman for not providing a full refund as stated in their online cancellation policy. Cancelled over 24 hours in advance and they still want to take the full amount.

Love love love Mission Beach.Park is so beautifully kept. So much grass (no dirt or dust) and nice gardens.Right across road from an amazing beach and 2 min walk into town.Cabins were very clean, comfy bed and nice pool.Highly recommend.

Any sane person can read between the lines and see exactly where the issue stems from, and it isn’t from those who made a human error while travelling the country. Look into other reviews about the reception, and you can make your own judgement.
