Have just recently had to have my car repaired.My insurance company put me onto Motorserve Mornington.Service was exceptional and staff there were amazing.Everything was made so easy and stress free.(Just what you want when you’ve had an accident)- from dropping my car off to be assessed- to being taken across the road to pick up my hire car- and the many text messages and phone calls advising progress and pick up.Would definitely recommend this company.

Exceptional service. All staff I dealt with (in person & phone) were helpful & courteous. My car was completed earlier than expected. My car is in better condition than it was previous to damage; it looks amazing!!! Absolutely thrilled with the car & the whole Motorserve experience. Thank you

Very professional and efficient service. Rowena and Vicki were so incredibly kind and helpful throughout my whole experience. They assisted me during a very stressful time and went above and beyond for me, from helping me hire a car (with a discount!), timely updates on my own car and ensuring the safety of my forgotten sunglasses! I can not recommend them enough!!Thank you ladies!

I put my car in to have a minor scrape done and the scratches on the wheel .They polished the minor scratch but didnt do wheels .estmator man said oay your $700 excess bring it back monday . No i said so they had a second go on it . Opend boot today they have literally ripped the caroet out the boot to get at my spare i say ripped because all the padding is left around the boot and the carpet has not been refitted . Who is responsible for the workmanship at this place .I am not happy .

Just picked my car up today after a little accident between my car and a wall !!What a fantastic experience from beginning to end,from the lovely ladies in the office ,assessor and Steve who handed my car over to me today .The communication has been fantastic at all times .The staff were polite and courteous.My car looked amazing ,all shiny and new looking.I will definitely be coming back when I have my next bingle !!!!Thank you Motorserve
