Tania and the Platinum Properties team have managed our building since 2010. They took over at a difficult time, but were extremely professional through the transition process to ensure that the strata plan was correctly setup. Fantastic team. I have had my properties managed by Platinum for more than 10 years & could not be happier. They really know what they are doing & they constantly go out of their way to help. Their knowledge in the industry is also great, and they are nice people that care. I've seen a lot of real estate and strata managers in my time and Platinum are the best by a long way.

I had the privilege of liaising with Platinum Properties over the last 3 years, it includes Maral, Tanya, Caroline and Christine and I must say they are the best agent in the Strata business. I was a tenant with Platinum Properties as the management company for over four years and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Christine Elmassian at PP was my property manager and she was an absolute delight - responsive, prompt, helpful, and always polite. One of the main reasons I was sad to leave my rental property was losing PP as the property manager. Highly recommend!

We have been dealing with platinum property strata management for many years and really appreciate your friendly service and professionalism. I always have the problem resolved within the day, they always keep me in the loop of what's happening with the property. This is by far the best strata management company I have ever dealt with and would recommend them to any builder. The person I appreciate the most is Caroline, she is prompt with her response and always ensure the job is done. Will really miss dealing with her. I rate them 5 stars!
