Second time going thru drive thru after driving from Sydney to Salamander 4hrs and they stuff up our order again i would love to know how many people you rip off with quantity of chicken 15 and instead get ten in the Giant Feast do you think we don't check well guess what your wrong. Sick and tired of Salamander KFC.

KFC ran out of chicken! Yes! Unbelievable. To be fair, certain types of chicken (for example, original and hot and spicy recipe chicken, as opposed to burger fillets). And of course I find that out once I’m stuck in the drive through, not able to get out until everyone in front has exited the drive through.

Whent there recently with my godson and the chicken was very good as well as the service , the chips were a bit soft unfortunately but it happens from time to time in all fast food outlets.

9:23 and I’m trying to get food but the staff refused my family and my elderly grandmother who had driven all the way from newcastle and needed dinner. Absolutely disgusting how the staff had treated us a young boy screamed “Nah, Bra! Not tonight” when I asked if they were open.

This place copped it on on Google reviews and it wasn't that bad. Fair enough it was drive through only and we waited over 30 minutes in queue, but it's the only dirty bird around, so I can understand. The did stuff up one thing on our order as they missed the coleslaw. The chicken was not that moist, so they could do a bit better there. Not the worst KFC experience ever, but by no way the best. If you wanna see how to run a KFC, check out Nowra. That place pumps out mistake free fresh food everytime and is always busy.

Called in on Saturday evening, ordered the Original feast, to be informed they had NO Original chicken and could not substitute another product. We went to Dominos instead.

Management is lacking braincells. The only reason this venue is drive thru only is so they can save money by putting one less person on the roster. Poor workers here have to deal with an endless line and angry customers as a consequence of greed.

Food was decent but wait times are horrendous and pace is beyond slow and staff looked disinterested..would recommend times other than rush hour and anytimes of busy really going off the time we was there of 1pm Saturday afternoon

wallah I go through drive thru n everything i order is not available so i get a zinger box with no mayo on the burger ( I am allergic) and a water (they were out of water) they read through my order n it's eets but then I pick up my food and it's just a zinger burger n chips ???? plus there was extra mayo on the burger, KFC needs to stop hiring kids without training them beforehand omd
