You could not be in better hands if you are seeking a massage. Yasmin provides a deeply relaxing experience that is loving and nurturing. I have been going to Yasmin at Innermost and Healing for several months. When I first saw her I could not walk without the aid of walking stick and I was in immense pain. Yasmin has worked wonders with my knees and feet. I no longer use a walking stick, have so much more mobility and no longer depend on pain killers. Yasmin is a beautiful, talented lady and I highly recommend her to help everyone who is suffering with an ailment or who just want a beautiful massage.

If your after a relaxing massage, Yasmin does a good job. But if your after something deeper like I was, go somewhere else. I wish I was aware of this before I booked. And yes, I read the website. Gentle yes. Firm definitely not.

I recently commenced a new job and had a couple of weeks working near Ballina. Not only did I have the privilege of staying with Yasmin, which was very supportive and Yasmin was very welcoming; I also received a massage. Yasmin considered every detail so I could deeply relax during the treatment. Yasmin is very respectful in her approach so it was very easy for me to really let go and relax, which supported me in transitioning to my new role. I have heavy legs with fluid retention issues. The remedial massagehelps with lymphatic drainage in the legs, stiffness and cramps. I leave Yasmin's surgery feeling that my legs are comfortable , lighter and pain free. I would highly recommend Harmony Remedial Massage, as you are in the hands of an experienced, knowledgeable and caring expert.

Yasmin's massage is so supportive and relaxing, and the treatment room, overlooking nature, is very beautiful. I recommend Yasmin to anybody who likes high quality body work that comes with integrity and professionalism, as well as warmth and deep caring. The only complaint I have is that it's an hour's drive away from my home..... but it's worth the effort for sure. Thank you Yasmin for the amazing treatments I have received from you!
