As a local resident of Cabramatta, I am well aware of the abundance of pharmacies populating the area. With that knowledge and my own personal endeavour to find the perfect balance of service and value for money, look no further than KV Pharmacy. I have never experienced and interacted with such well-trained and knowledgeable staff spread across the board from the pharmacist themselves to the floor staff. It is clear to me their mission is to provide the best service they can give, and that is exactly what I received and then some.Highly recommended, look out especially for the pharmacist Kathleen, she goes above and beyond for her patients.

Unprofessional service I was there to get my prescription medication waited 15 to 20 mins for 1 medication. The pharmacist that served me probably trainee had very little knowledge.

Selling old stock, and pretend it's within expiry date. My dad was accidentally bought a 365 capsules supplement bottle that is expired in 2 months (from the date he bought). Poor old man couldn't see clear and always trust the chemist where he is loyal customer. I found out after the bottle was opened. He came back to talk to them, and got refunded $3 as my dad didn't check before buying, so compensated $3 for the 10 months that the capsules can't be used. Ridiculous policy/customer service.

K.V pharmacy has been around forever even with newer pharmacies opening up, people still just come here for all their needs. Especially the seniors as they know the pharmacist and staff speak all the local languages.The store is clean and well maintained and they stock most goods and accept all forms of payments.

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff that really go out of their way to ensure that customers are always fully informed about all their medications. It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are still pharmacies like this that genuinely care about their patients!
