Its the cheapest place in Wollongong by a large margin, and ive found the lady who works there to be very helpful. I once was short on cash and she was fine with me paying the following week.The only issue i have is that it is only open on weekdays and not the weekend.

A very helpful hardworking nice couple are the owner operators here.

Clothes came out not smelly like the shops in Corrimal

The manager is a terrible person and he treats his workers very poorly.

These people are great, I have been going there for years and nothing is a problem. Just your typical Aussie trying to get ahead.

Parking on site, cheaper than competitors, the store presentation wasn't great, but the end product (wash, dry, fold service) was great. Thank you!

The people their is friendly and honest, you have to make sure you want to let them wash your staff , they need more time which ok if I can drop off and do some work around and later I pick them up. The look after you . The work their look like a family business, so just smile and speak friendly you will treated well. I like to deal with them as they always advice me about my staff and charge me cheap compare to those on market who suck our pocket.

Feel like having a rant here, and share yet another negative experience to this business.I was referred here from another laundry who couldn't organise same day basic wash/dry. When I googled the phone number I noticed two reviews condemning this establishment. But I thought I would make up my own mind. I was friendly, and calm and was hoping to have a positive experience.Firstly, the woman (mentioned also by another reviewer) was hostile and abrasive. I asked a simple question such as I was wondering what your rates are per load" and she became agitated. I also asked if it was at all possible to have it done today

Took my queen size mink blanket here because my machine is to small. It was 75mins till closing when i came in and asked if they would clean it. The woman was very short with me explaining that if i wanted to get it back tonight i had to be back no later then 70mins. I explained that i lived literally across the st and the only reason i was going there was cause it won't fit in my machine. She then ranted because i didn't have laundry powder & softener despite the fact i was not only paying to use her's but was getting overcharged to do so.She then went on a rant about if i had a dollar for every customer that said they would be here when i said blah blah blah. I left and not wanting to be late came back after 60mins only to walk thru the door to have her say rudely your blanket isn't ready yet!" when i said I know I just didn't want to hold her up she when back on her rant about people never turning up when they say they will. The machine ends and before the machine has even stopped beeping she started going off at me for wasting time. So i got my item threw it in the basket all the while being told to hurry up.would i go back? no

We were greeted with a smile, the amount of clothing was absolutely no problem for them at all, they handled delicates like wool and baby clothes with utmost care, gave same day pickup and the price (for the amount of clothes) was great. Washed, dried, folded ready to be put away.Honestly if you're staring at your mounting clothes pile wondering where it all went wrong, it's time to wipe the slate clean and the best place to go is West Wollongong Laundry.
