Local company and the installer Craig was neat, polite and professional. Recommend this company, the blind looks nice and stops the harsh afternoon sun making our outdoor area more user friendly for arvo BBQs.

NETA made and installed some movable shutters on our new patio. They later made and installed a fixed screen and a large blind.Throughout the process, Chris and his staff have been exceptionally helpful with design ideas, color matching, and timely installation. In comparison with other screen/blind providers, NETA represents great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, and great products.NETA have greatly assisted us in dealing with what was a serious western sun problem detracting from our enjoyment of our outside and inside areas of our home in the mid-to-late afternoons. What was previously a serious annoiance for a couple of hours, is now a minor issue for about 15 minutes a day.NETA are and remain our first choice for blinds and screens.

Neta made and installed an extension from aluminium on our brick courtyard fence. It looks great and has improved the privacy and appearance of our home.

Faulty Awning installation. No customer service. I wouldn't bother ever considering this company. One star for turning up on time.I would have paid the maintenance fee but after the arrogant attitude of the salesperson I decided against the repair and the quote for a security screen. Will go to another company now.

Received great service from Chris. Prompt measure up and quote received within 2 days. Installation and product is exactly what we had hoped for.

We had six Ziptrack Rollup External Blinds fitted to our entertainment area and on the recommendation of Chris we had Head boxes fitted at an additional cost. The change it has made to the area is great, still have the view without the glare and insects. The head boxes have virtually made the area insect proof. We are very happy with the end result and were impressed with the service provided by all at Neta.

Today we had plantation shutters installed in the main bedroom.It was a very difficult install due to the framing of the building being a bit out of alignment. We had Craig spend most of the day here and he meticulously made sure everything went in perfectly. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his care in working out how it should be done. He also installed a doggy access door and it works perfectly. We had Chris measure & quote a full house of scecurity screens and all our window blinds & panels many years ago and have used Neta every since.I would highly recommend them for how courteous and professional they are. All products we have had installed have been fabulous. The office staff are also very considerate & let us know when things are getting done.

Pivot blind supplied was nothing like the blind shown or described on the website. A cheap poor quality version was installed. Customer relations was a denial of any responsibility. Be very cautious if dealing with this Company. I would never use them again.

We can not recommend the NETA team highly enough.From our initial enquiries, to the installation of external privacy screens to all three units, Chris and everyone at NETA, from the helpful showroom staff to the capable guy up the cherry picker have been exceptionally helpful and professional. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future for some internal blinds. The photos are not the best, but our blinds are :)
