Light Square (Wauwi) is one of five public squares in the Adelaide city centre. It's a good place to have a short rest in the city.

I was there for an event called We can Be heros. It was organised by OSCA and the Nature Festival. It was inflatable artwork floating around. The artists running it were very approachable, they were happy and engaging, asking me about other events that I'd been to that they had put on.

It's one of the quiet places within the city. The place has a few photospots as well.

I believe it's the only official grave within the Adelaide CBD. The original structure was made from sandstone and eventually needed to be replaced by the current one.

A great GLBTiq walk of the history of suffering to equality. It’s still a battle but if you accept one step at a time everyone will be seen equal soon enough.

Despite the fact that there are cars zooming around this small park, it still boasts a relaxed atmosphere with people sitting on the grass patches in Adelaide's beautiful autumn light.
