A beautifully natural beach, with clean sand, and no man made structure's, except for the interesting driftwood structure standing on the tidal edge.You can walk a loop for 2.20km or a return walk up to 6 km to the South.

Great beach! Had so much fun picking the shells off the floor. The drive wasn’t too bad and the car park wasn’t full.

What a beautiful spot.Went for a swim before visiting the family and being from Victoria the water was wonderful.There is a Cafe close by with heaps of parking and also seating for a picnic.

A perfect getaway. Soft sand, good swimming, waves, a mixed crowd from kids to teens and olderies. Groups sort themselves out so no hassles. Patrolled area best for families with children. Build a sand castle. Far south is dog beach so make your choice; further north have vehicles on the beach. Lots of grass and bush areas backing onto the beach, with facilities including outdoor showers, tables and benches, toilets, and car parks. Bus 640 from Caboolture railway station on the hour takes you right to the beach.

One of the hidden gems of the greater Brisbane area. A relaxed and inviting surf beach that has great views, it is not crowded and the locals are all friendly. Patrolled by the local surf club. Image subject to © Copyright

Love winter swimming at this beach. Not a true surf beach. Low waves but strong enough to knock you over (and they did) sea temp is 19 deg, while air temp is 21 deg.
