Overall very good and straight forward service!Easy and quick visit of multiple apartments. Fast finish of the contract without extensive proof of income as often required. Some damages in the apartment were quickly repaired after claiming it. Got the bond back fast after vacating the apartment.A minor drawback: invoices were often sent only some days before due date.

Truthful agents and communicative. We stayed 6 months in one of the apartments and our confort was looked after at all times. In case of assistance, we knew we could write them or directly go downstairs were the office is. Thank you for everything!

Me and my Partner have lived in one of the units for 9 months. Furnished place has great facilities, everything you would need, wifi is available, just found it to not always be working well. Only down side is the windows can’t be opened so we found it hard to get fresh air inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and property manager is very responsive!

Apartment with an incredible view! All utilities where there. Not everything in the apartment was in perfect shape, but it was no problem to live there. Little touch ups would easily make this a 4 star apartment. If you are looking for a place for short term this is a good option.

We've had a good experience with ALM. They respond quickly and offer quick service. Whenever we had an issue (e.g. broken bathroomlights), they would send someone to fix it in the same week.One small point for improvement could be the way of communication, but this might be just my personal preference. The emails were - in my opinion - a bit unprofessional as the language used was short and very basic. For the rest, great company! We would definitely recommend this to others who are looking for a long term stay in Melbourne.Thanks ALM!

It was really very nice to live in the apartment, we had everything we needed and the workers were always very attentive. It is a very nice and quiet area with no noise almost and at the same time close to the city. Next to the Fitzroy Gardens where it is always nice to take a walk.
