I bought my TCR from Philip and the buying experience was great. Then I had a minor accident and the service team led by Kurt suggested I get the frame scanned after inspecting the bike. I was a bit reluctant, but followed their advise. Turned out there was a crack in the chainstay which could have been a disaster. Phew. Thanks guys for helping me make the right call.The team has been awesome and really know their stuff.

Philip! Thank you! These guys are truly amazing. Walked in off the street with a dodgy seat. Was quite prepared to buy a new one but Philip took one look at the bike seat and got his tools out and spent ten minutes fixing it free of charge! Who does that these days?? Super kind and genuine! This is my go-to place every time I need something for my bike. Great bike service, the team is lovely, and they sell the best products. Highly recommend it if you need a bike service, bike/cleat fit or to get anything your bike needs.

Keith sold me a Giant TCR and I couldn’t be more happier with the service. Spent a fantastic amount of time with me to make sure I had the right product. Got me all setup and did a couple of minor modifications before I left.Great service and would definitely recommend!

Great service from the team and great communication when placing an order for a new bike. Kept us informed when we asked and when it came in. Made adjustments to suit on the day without trouble and ensured that the bike was ready to go perfectly setup. Couldn't have asked for more.Have since taken it for the first service and again the team was great. They rang us up when it was due and offered a time to bring it in for the first complimentary service.

5 star shout out to Keith (Senior Mechanic) at Giant Lygon. Dropped off my TCR for an annual service and as always Keith went above and beyond to double check the bike was in order. His honest advice, can-do attitude and attention to detail is always appreciated, in this instance he even called to confirm a few items that fell outside the initial service and wanted to know if I noticed this / that. As a result, my bike is running better than it has in the last few years, if not like brand new... Fantastic work and ask for Keith (or anyone from the team) !!!I always appreciate that the team genuinely treat your bike like it’s their own.

Awesome service, the manager and all of the staff were really nice and helpful. Went in and in less than 15 min I was out the door with a renewed bike! Would recommend 100%. Got a new bike pump and some gels good price!
