I have only been seeing Thien for a few weeks now for my Achilles tendon and the improvement is incredible! Thien is very friendly and explains things so clearly and is very professional. I now use orthotics which has made a world of a difference to my pain in my feet and ankles already! Thien has started Laser heat therapy on my heels with repeat session each fortnight at no cost! Thien really cares for his patients and wants to see them improve. I would highly recommend Stepwell Podiatry.

Fantastic experience. Thien diagnosed my problem very quickly, was able to explain why it was happening and how I could make changes to mitigate it.He also designed some custom orthotics for me which are insanely good.A few weeks later I have no foot pain, nor lower back pain (that I didn't think had anything to do with my feet).I can't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend. Thien and the team were fantastic to deal with. When I lost one of my orthotics they went out of their way to get me a replacement. Will certainly be going there again to get a second pair.

Thien did an amazing job with my son who had recurring calf and Achilles pain. After a couple of sessions and new insoles the problems have almost completely gone away.Thien is super passionate about what he does and is great with kids. Highly recommend

My mother has seen Thien for years, so when I had an intense unusual pain in my foot that was getting worse month on month, I organised an appointment with Liam. They diagnosed me with a condition that was quite difficult to rehabilitate so we threw everything at it, daily exercises, laser therapy and custom orthotics.I started to notice an improvement within the first couple weeks of treatment and then once I had my orthotics it was a matter of days until I was pain free.I went from being in pain every minute of the day to being completely pain free in less than two months. Both Liam and Thien were very invested in getting me pain free and were wonderful to deal with. What a wonderful experience I've had at Stepwell. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.

Went in and saw Thien and fitted me with some of his custom orthotics. Working a job where I am on my feet all day, and playing sport multiple times a week, I can feel the difference they make through my whole body. Definitely going back to get some more made up!

I’ve been dealing with tendonitis post surgery and heard great things about Stepwell so thought I’d give it a try. They used the K-laser on me and within days the swelling reduced massively, and the 2nd treatment worked just as well finally alleviating me of most of the discomfort. All staff were very knowledgeable and very professional. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.
