What this course lacks in terms of conditions, it makes up for in terms of it's culture and members. This is not a hoity toity club that will have members who grumble when you don't have your shirt tucked in.This club is the embodiment of the laid back inner west cafe culture.Really relaxed dress code, super friendly locals, dogs chasing balls around (check out Buzz, one of the locals chasing after his ball in the pic) and cheap beers. The course itself is a bit run down. The quality of the greens is fast but with quite a few divots. The fairways aren't in great condition either. The course layout is a bit odd and tries its best to fit into the land it occupies. But it's a fantastic atmosphere.Make sure you take enough water as the bubblers are out.You can pick up some water/poweraid at the servo when you cross the road though. There is a putting green, practice cages and a green with bunker and a short area to practice your 100m and under pitches.

Probably the worst course I've played on. The greens are all sorts of messed up and the fairways were often not mowed or contained rocky patches. See photos. It's one thing to make the course challenging by punishing players for missing the fairways but another matter altogether challenging players by not maintaining the course properly.

Course needs some maintenance. But damn is the service amazing. Food in the club house is bloody good too! Love this course, real gem of the inner west

Definitely golf courses out there in better condition! But it's very affordable and the staff are friendly.

Paid $35 for 18 holes and $5 for a cart, played 4 holes and had to wait an ever increasing amount of time due to the slow play upfront.Whilst waiting at the 5th hole I could see 3 groups in front of me waiting, 2 of them in buggies. After waiting so long, the two buggies then left, I assumed to go to the back 9 or go home.I waited some more before heading back to the pro shop, the guy said he’d give me a voucher for another time.Nothing ever came through. Not the best service.Don’t think I’ll be back again now

Very reasonable round of golf, with lovely staff in the pro shop and bar. Course is in ok nick, with the greens needing a bit of love, but great place to practice and grab a cold one

Good location, cheap beers... But the course needs some desparate TLC. Divots on the fairway and greens on most holes :(It's inexpensive and usually you can call during the week for a tee time at the weekend.

Not the best, but also not the worst. If you’re looking to go play a chill 18 then this is your place. The course has seen better days, but I still enjoy going out for a hit every once in while. There price is value and the beer is always cold. I guess that’s all you can really ask for, right? I’ll continue to play here.

Enjoyed playing this parkland style golf course. A challenging course on a number of holes where you are required to either hit through a narrow chute or over a steep raising fairway. These features added to the overall challenge and enjoyment of playing this par 60 course.Unfortunately, the fairways were only in average condition and the greens are currently in a poor condition. Once these are corrected, this would be a fun course to play. The practice facilities consisted of a putting green and practice nets.
