This is my 3rd Bonsai experience from B for Bonsai and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I did everything online due to COVID19, everything was effortless, communication was quick and helpful, delivery times were prompt. The products are gorgeous, instructions are clear and the Bonsai trees are just beautiful! I can’t recommend this place enough! Just bought another starter kit for my mum as a gift and Ilyas went above and beyond to make sure it was sent off in time to arrive for Mother’s Day! Thank you so much will definitely do business again!

B is for Bonsai was quick and clear with all communication and delivered our gift to our father for father's day on time and with care and attention to detail. Beautiful craftsmanship and materials. Perfect gift item. Looking forward to extending my dad's bonsai collection. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond! Ilyas was responsive, considerate and delivered excellent service. I recently bought a bonsai tree for an 18th birthday - the beautiful plant arrived promptly and in great condition - with a birthday note and care instructions included! Everyone complimented the great gift. Highly recommend B for Bonsai, will be shopping here again.

Highly recommend B for Bonsai,Ilyas and his wife were fantastic in assisting me to pick out the perfect bonsai for my twin sister. They had a huge variety of gorgeous bonsais, They answered all my questions and Ilyas was FANTASTIC in responding to my emails. What a pleasure!I am based in the Uk and wanted to send my friends in Melbourne a thankyou gift and a bonsai was a perfect present. Ilyas was a pleasure to speak to. Awesome place! Ilyas was very helpful and friendly when giving me a hand picking out a bonsai for a gift, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also followed up and sent me some photos of some bonsai he couldn't show me when i was there.An absolutely grouse bloke definitely be back soon

Had the pleasure of visiting B for Bonsai today. The owner was very helpful and patient while we picked his brain about what bonsai trees to buy and how to properly care for them. He answered all our questions and gave us some great tips. Will definitely being going back. Excellent customer service!

I wanted to thank Mr llyas for the excellent preparation and delivery of a beautiful bonsai as a present to a loved one in Melbourne. In the midst of COVID restrictions he was more than helpful, willing and kind so that our family in Greece could send wishes along with the present on time for Christmas, to our relatives in Australia!
