Euroka Homestead

Came for a trail ride for mothers day. I rode Dandy the white horse and my mum rode Bella. We had a great time and were matched with a suitable horse (slow as I was a beginner). I felt safe the entire time. The guides were friendly, helpful and provided clear instructions. I wish I had booked for the cellar door ride with a stop at a neighboring winery.

As a holiday rental, the location is superb, with good bushwalking close by and horse riding available on the property. The building itself is in need of TLC. We stayed there in early January and the lack of adequate screens on the windows meant it was a choice between the house being a hotbox or a plethora of bugs. Two of the rooms include a queen size bed, as well as a single bed. These rooms are not large enough for the extra single bed and it is difficult to enjoy the visit having to continually negotiate the single beds. One of these rooms opens onto the games room and an interconnecting door to the other could not be locked. No windows from these rooms open to outside and the enclosed verandah adjacent was a hotbox, with unscreened and almost impossible to open doors. Draws and cupboards in the kitchen were found broken and insects can easily enter the kitchen around the flyscreen door lock. Due to the rabbit warren" nature of the house

I booked a Horse riding experience- one hour trail ride with tuition for a partner’s gift. It rained on the day it was booked and the company cancelled. The problem was that the company (Melissa) never responded to my emails and calls when I was trying to rebook. Extremely disappointed and thought buyers should be aware. Buyers beware and expect bad customer service.

It certainly has a lot of room for large gatherings, the two stoves n kitchen could get an upgrade, couldn't work out how to use them!Beds comfy beautiful setting

Cannot recommend highly enough. Had a 1 hr riding lesson with a trail ride afterwards. The horses are all wonderful - well looked after (which is hard to find, sadly). The setting is absolutely stunning and all of the staff are welcoming and professional. Can’t wait to come back and do the cellar door ride!Great location, professional staff, excellent horses. A real gem of a find!

We visited Euroka Homestead as a group of 18 and the house comfortably slept all of us. The weather was extremely cold but with log fires, electric heaters, hot water bottles & blankets available, it made for a wonderful winter weekend away. Despite being an older home, we loved the charm of it and the little touches our fabulous hosts, Chris, Erin & team have made. Can’t wait to get back here in the future!

Had a wonderful time riding with Laura. She is very professional. Very relaxing and most enjoyable. Highly recommend taking a horse ride with her.

A good place to stay together for a big family around 6-7 families with kids. Horses are all around, horse rides are available and good view Blue mountains. Nearby town is 15 km away Blackheath for any purchase. No AC available and water might not be that good so you need to consider these but lot of space around.

An absolutely exhilarating experience with once in a lifetime views. Horses staff location food wine all brilliant. Can not wait to go again
