Very annoyed at this company. Blatant ripoff of older people. Prices for certain products double the price. I bought one product for $13.68 the very same product at Chemist warehouse is $5.99. Not happy with service either will not be going back

I had a flu shot booked for yesterday at 11am not impressed with the lady I found her patronising, treating me like a six-year-old and almost badgering me about side-effects regarding the flu shot (you would almost swear she was an anti-vaxxer) if she has eight years experience it sure did not show not a pleasant experience at all, I have them done at Terry White far better and more professional.

Popped in this morning to drop off a script and stood in line at the “script in” counter for 15 minutes whilst two staff members had a good chit chat to an older gentlemen and another staff member behind the counter was not doing anything at all. I was completely ignored. Ended up leaving, was quite seriously shocking service if you would even call it service.

Put in a script one for me one for husband both for same product at checkout was charged an extraordinary high price when questioned staff was informed this wS the cheaper price and all prices had gone up.Once home I checked my last price I paid and rang pharmacy was given the excuse by the Pharmacist that did the script that they didn't have our Medicare number or our concession details and yet here they both are on the script I handed him .the situation was rectified the following day and let me tell you no apologies but was told the Pharmacist was new and didn't know to look for numbers. NOT AN EXCUSE forYour unprofessional service

Waited at counter. The girl didnt even acknowledge me standing there. I can understand being busy but it is not hard to say i will just be a moment. Quite rude actually so we just walked out.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for 3 to 4 years and to this day have not been treated as a regular customer I get both my wife and my Scripts filled there I don't go to any other because Urangan is convenient for us as we are both in our 70's if there was another Pharmacy in close proximity I would go and try them out they have no personal customer service and you feel uncomfortable having to speak to staff.
