Wink! Hair

The worst hairdresser in Sydney. They aim for the higher market but their customer service doesn’t match their lofty airs. Turned up an hour early to my appointment and wasn’t invited in, instead I was told to ‘Wonder Around’. Ended up waiting on the steps outside the salon in the cold and rain to return and be told that I could have waited inside. I was also told that I booked myself in for an alternate hairdresser when I had clearly written the salon an e-mail outlining my request and instead of being accommodating and accepting the mistake and lack of customer follow through, it was made out that the client was at fault. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated, I would have thought that such a high-end salon would be equipped to handle such a mistake on their part but obviously not. No care was taken to attend the customer’s needs so I will find myself another salon. I’ve wasted my money, a $100-$150 deposit I’ll never get back. Nevertheless, I am cutting my losses and never going back. I advise everyone else to do the same. Find an alternate hairdresser, you won’t regret it.

Amazing gorgeous team. From the second you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated like a rock star. My new salon.. so glad I found. Maria did an amazing job on my hair and as mentioned the whole staff and team go out of their way to welcome you. Will be recommending to everyone. Thanks so much x

I drive four hours to go to this amazing salon. The owners & all staff are highly skilled and very welcoming. I always leave feeling and looking great. Nothing is too much trouble for them - even my 60kg Maremma was welcome!

I have been a customer at Wink hair for close to 20 years. The team at Wink consistently exceed my expectations with their premium service and experienced stylists and colourists. I’ve been coming to this salon for 2+ years now, and I cannot recommend them enough, Renato for colour is incredible, I’m bleached blonde and he has helped recover damage and made it look good, and also bekk is fantastic at hair extensions and styling. Both of them are my go to for all my hair needs. Can’t thank this salon enough ❤️

Wink really are the best in the business. The team are professional and extraordinarily friendly, providing an incredibly high quality service. I worked with Amanda to create the colour of my dreams and left the salon feeling so gorgeous. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to Wink for almost 6years and no matter who attends to my hair I always feel looked after and never left the salon unhappy. I stay a bit out of the city (Camden) and it takes me more than an hour to get here but it is well worth the effort to travel for! During 2020 with Covid and my maternity leave I tried a few off the salons closer to home but nobody was as professional as the staff at Wink. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for an outstanding colourist or stylist.
