We never sleep ok well over the years I remember this place to be great to get whatever you need at whatever time, I was greatly dissapointed and truly disgusted with the service and the attitude that was shown to myself and a mate. I will never be stepping into this place again let alone be spending any of money and I suggest that the Perth public do the same.

I had the misfortune of having to collect a package from TNT. Despite my wife signing the left package card, which was left when we were home all day the lady refused to hand it over wasting more of my time to return to get her licence. I do understand that is the procedure however I do not understand the rudeness of serving 3 customers who came in after me without so much as asking if I minded, which actually I did. Not thrilled at all.

Very awful customer service. Disappointing on behalf of FEDEX and TNT for choosing this business. I would not purchase from here or use this business. Horrible people, he’s gone and said “that’s not my problem, that’s your problem”. I’d rate 0 starts but it won’t let me.

Always ripping a customer, super expensive stuff and needs to pay surcharges every time. Doesn't matter if you spend under $5 or over, there is a surcharge. And when you ask the lady she got angry and arguing. Waste of money and time

Unfortunately, I had to collect a parcel from here.Apparently if the store is open, that doesn't mean you can collect a parcel - I was confused and noted the time's mentioned weren't on the card, and I too was lucky enough to be aggressively told 'THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!'The store itself is run down and looking in terrible shape, matching the single worst customer 'service' ever received and would encourage any and all to avoid this business at all costs ... as then it will be their problem.
