Bellambi Point
This is a beautiful location with great views along the northern Illawarra coast. There is an Olympic size pool and a kiddies pool, both washed by the ocean and perfectly safe. There are toilets, free barbeques, shelter sheds and children's play equipment. Plenty of parking.

Identified on Google Maps as Sewage Treatment plant, it's not. Nice quiet beach. People take their dogs off leash. Rockpools some of the prettiest I've ever seen.

As everybody says, a gorgeous spot!One evening, my lady and I found a gorgeous fluorescent nudibranch (sea slug) in the swimming pool. Apparently, the best places in the Illawarra for them are Bellambi & Shellharbour. They live on the reefs and breed in the rock pools.
