Sunny is an excellent trainer with lots of knowledge! She trains in a holistic way, which is really helpful. I had a very specific training goal and Sunny created a very thoughtful and appropriate program to help me achieve that. Training with Sunny helped me with so much more than my strength!

Get yourself a trainer like Sunny and you can achieve your body goals with ease (both physically and mentally). Only few trainers try to understand the perspective of why you decided to train at the same time respecting your personal boundaries. And that was something that made me more in tuned with Sunny’s training. Highly recommend.

Sunny is an excellent PT and trained myself and my father, demonstrating her ability to cater to all ages, body types and goals. During my time with Sunny, I lost 7cm and gained a lot of strength. She is great with her checkins and her online program is super convenient!!
