Highly recommend these guys. Aimie has been my hairdresser for a few years now, she does a fantastic job and wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work guys!

Lucky to get 1 star. My partner has never been treated so horribly. She came in to feel good about herself and the lady treated her like garbage. She didn't go through with the appointment after how she was treated and they still tried to charge 300 dollars.I would not recommend anyone go to this business and risk being confronted by such a horrible person. Absolutely shameful.

Looooove this salon. The ladies are lovely, and the salon has a really nice vibe. Colour products are quality and last well.

Absolutely woeful experience. My son had his hair bleached here, paid a fortune, came home with it quite patchy, and the back of it orange.I told him to ring them so they could fix it.He went back the next day, the woman put a toner in it, and told him to wash it out after half an hour at home.It did nothing, his hair was still orange, and they said it was his fault. He had to get it redone by another salon, which specifically said they bleached it wrongly, they started at the roots first, which is a no no. I told him to ask for his money back, but he is too shy and hates to make a fuss. I could have done it better with a supermarket dye.

Made an appointment to have a hairwash and blow dry. However, they did a quick job and came out with excuse that you should only blow dry without washing! I was charged $79! Go to other hair dressers.

I was left in tears after my experience here. There was no kindness, warmth or emotional intelligence associated with my latest experience at this salon.I have been to the salon previously and had a good experience, but the last time was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I have damaged hair from colouring, and also due to the requirement to style it heavily for my job. I took a day of annual leave (of which I only have 20) to come and get my hair done, and booked 3 months in advance. I was looking forward to it. When I got into the salon chair, the woman treating me was immediately rude. She didn’t introduce herself, she just asked what we were doing as if it was a bother that I was there. She then proceeded to look at my hair with disgust, questioning why I had had it coloured previously, telling me it was terribly damaged and scolding me for using hair products from Mecca. This was not done in a supportive or educative way, this was done in a way intended to shame and embarrass me. I know my hair is damaged, and I have spoken to previous hairdressers about it. I use products I can afford, and with a busy lifestyle I often don’t have time to look after it properly. The contempt and disgust this lady seemed to hold for my hair was upsetting to say the least. Many women come to hair salons to feel good about themselves. To do something nice for themselves. I will always go back to businesses where staff are warm, and have some humanity. I no longer consider this one of those businesses.By the time she had finished bullying me about my hair, I no longer wanted to be there. I suggested just a cut instead of colour considering how damaged she said my hair was. She then tried to convince me to foil it and said I would be charged the full amount for a balayage if I didn’t get it done.At this point I was overwhelmed, and emotional. I said I wanted to leave and would pay whatever just to get out of there. She then proceeded to leave me standing in the front of the shop window, crying, for 20 min while she called the owner to find out what to charge me.I don’t care about having to pay for the appointment, but I do care about being treated with respect and dignity.I am completely appalled by how I was treated at this salon. I was not rude, I did not refuse to pay, I simply wanted to be treated with some kindness and respect, rather than hostility. The salon is not a sanctuary, nor is it a welcoming place that I would ever recommend going to.

Took my daughter (13) here for a simple trim, first time going to this salon.I was grateful they were able to fit my daughter in at short notice but unfortunately that’s where the service ends. After returning home my daughter realised the cut was quite uneven, I rang and was told to come back and have it corrected.Amie was less then impressed with us returning, made my daughter fell like she’d done something wrong by not being happy with trim. I never once questioned the price but did expect a quality cut for $48.She was abrasive, confrontational and rude. Not a pleasant experience at all. Left feeling deflated and very uncomfortable.

Most of the staff were all in the back room laughing and chatting mostly got left sitting there so did other girls getting hair done and one employe washed another employes hair at work never seen that before seems little unprofessional why not wash ur hair at home on ur own time and not at work ? While customers sitting and waiting to get the rest of their hair done ! Not sure if I'll ever go back didn't like the vibe felt like that were the popular girl vides I hate that vibe
