If you want zero conversation then this is the place for you. Asked if the length was ok, I said yes. Then asked if he could just clip the edges, I said yes, then he proceeded to clip most of the sides making it shorter again. I did not say anything at the shop afterward as I didn't want confrontation. The cut, however, was well done just not what I asked for.

First time went to this place. Jimmy was very nice and welcoming and right away I could see that he is very knowledgeable about hair cuts. Extremely happy with the outcome.

I think $35 for a girls basic haircut (took 20min) is too expensive.

Received a hack job of a haircut today. I showed a photo and the end results was nothing like the picture. Asked for short hair (on my shoulders) with layers. Was told by the Senior Stylist Neetu that she was not doing layers, it wouldn't suit me. Made excuses about the model having thinner hair, even though I told her I've had this cut before and it was what I wanted. She cut my hair how she saw fit. She finished and said what do you think. I told her I hated it and it wasn't anything like the picture, and showed it to her again. I then went back an forth with her to fix it, so many uneven chunks into my hair - she layered one side and forgot the other at the front!! Eventually told her to stop and that was enough. She said wet it first and see how it went, and if it was still bad to come back an see her. Like I would let her touch my hair again after that! I had beautiful, healthy long hair that she absolutely destroyed. THEN she charged me full price!! I got to the car and cried the whole way home. I contacted the owner. Explained what happened. Sent Jimmy front and back photos of my hair, clearly a hack job. I sent them, he confirmed he got them and then absolute silence. Not a single apology from him or her. Disgusting service and I will not be back here.In response to the owner's reply:I asked you in the first message I sent to you, if I could call you (not visit you) Monday when I'm in town to explain what had happened. You said you were not available to take a call (what owner is not available to take a call for their business during business hours) and to come into the salon when you were there Wednesday to discuss my complaint - nothing was said at all about rectifying the issue by you. I fly out of town Tuesday. Least you could have done was taken my call. Therefore, I advised you of everything that went wrong via text message including photos. After I sent the last photo did you reply? Did you apologise? Did you make any attempt what-so-ever to provide customer service?

Krystal did a fantabulous job as soon the restrictions were eased after the lock down.It was my first time, though never felt that am visiting for the 1st time, will always be happy to be back to them.

I had my hair cut long time ago with one man and hair cut was so nice and he had charged me $27. I was happy with his hair cut. But, today(15 april) I had hair cut with one female who charged me $30 and I am not happy with her hair cut. It was like that she is not Men's hair stylist. I was thinking that she should not have cut my hair if she is not Men's hair stylist. So, I just give 1 star to her hair cut but 5 stars to the man(I came to know that he works only on Monday and Friday).
