Everything you can expect from a spec home builder... terrible communication, blame game, giving you the run around. It's bad but I don't know know who is better.Also they have been going for over 10 years and this Google listing has only been up 12 months with 4 bad reviews already. May have deleted the Google listing and put up a new one to due to too many bad reviews? Speculation only but it does seem odd.
