Howards Storage World Rhodes

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff, most of the items does not have price tag attached and had to keep asking for price at counter, checked prices of items twice and the staff seems to be annoyed and was talking behind our back to another male staff about this, also them seemed to be amused as well for some reason.After purchasing the item, again it was without a price tag on it, bag was not provided and when I asked for it, they seemed to be amused again and started to giggle and look at each other in the eye.Please at the very least make sure the basic manners of staff is present otherwise wishing the store good luck.

Lauren is lovely and provides excellent customer service. She has been giving useful advice and helping to look for the right product for customers. The shop now has nice display and lots of handy storage products. Overall, i had really good experience and will definitely shop again in the future.

Very nice staff helped me re-organised my pantry. Impressed with the variety of products for such a small store and am happy with quality. Unsure why most of the price tickets were handwritten. Overall very positive experience.

Staff at this store are incredibly rude. They made comments about us while we were still in the store? Telling each other out loud to “get used to it” when we didn’t want to purchase an item the storeman had shown us.

DO NOT BUY 3M hooks from this place. In fact, CHECK THE PRICES online before buying - they literally double the Retail price of anything here... SUPER SUPER EXPENSIVE.

Hi I bought a toilet brush from Howard’s store for $42.95 on 5th July. It was quite expensive and I thought will be worth it. The handle broke in just 3 weeks. I tried using as it was expensive but had to finally throw it out today. I believe I have been cheated. A toilet brush worth $42.95 should at least last more than a month

Omg the staff over here just don't know what customer service is. Went in to search for an item and seems they didn't have the stock. When I asked the asian lady at the counter if she can find out if the other stores had them so that I could go and pick them up. She just didn't want to help. She said no stock because of COVID and then suggests me to walk in to the branches and check. I understood and left. I went to the Macquarie park branch and they seemed to be sold out as well but the guy at the counter was kind enough to provide a list of branches near my area that had stock. I hope the Rhodes store learns a thing or two regarding customer service.

Called to reserve an item. Once I arrived it was ready to go behind the counter. Entire process was quick, efficient and hassle free.
