Wonderful service from Tim, he was on time, professional, lovely and accommodating to the fact that I work from home and have little ones. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. He did his inspection, spray and report all to a high standard. The booking team over the phone were really lovely to deal with as well. Super happy with the overall service. Highly recommend!

The Bittn team have been great to deal with when organising our warranty termite barrier inspection, no thanks to my lack of organisation skills or timely responses to their kind emails to organise the inspection I can assure you:) The gentleman that attended site was professional, polite, well presented, clearly went over what he was going to be doing as part of his time at our house. He was very nice to talk too and was a credit to the organisation. Very happy with Bittn.

This was our first Termite inspection to maintain a warranty.We were very impressed with Tim our Service person who conducted the inspection. He was polite, communicative and explained everything carefully to any of our questions. He came across as very knowledgeable as well as down to earth.He came into our home and presented a very respectful and considerate person who had a sense of humour as he went about his business. Unfortunately we cannot say that for everyone we have had to our house for a service type of visit. So this was a welcome change and exactly what it should be when someone invades your privacy".We consider that Tim is a great asset to the company and he gave us confidence in the product and the backing of Bittn. Poor business ethics - avoid this company.Took my money knowing they wouldn't be able to complete the service as they were ceasing to operate in Victoria. Followed up with them and was lied to. Didn't hear from them again. I needed to chase them to get my money back for services they didn't provide. Very poor form.

They were prompt after I reported a termite discovery. They dealt with it professionally with follow up. Reasonably priced and easy to deal with. Thanks guys would recommend you to my friends.

First time that I got a company that doesn't finish the pest control in 10 minutes and uses only a single product for everything. Patrick came here to assist us, and he was welcoming, friendly and very respectful. He listened carefully to all my concerns, explained to me what he was using and what each product was for. Great customer service, I can't recommend them enough.

Every interaction whether phone, text, email or direct contact with visitors coming to work at my place has been excellent, as I find them friendly, reliable and effective.

Bittn Termite and pest were amazing to deal with, from reminding us about our due service, to the professionalism of work carried out by Tim. Tim explained the process in detail, and timeframes were given. He even helped our neighbour who called over the fence after realising what he was doing. He was equally professional in his response to her about checking with her own builder first, but still went over to provide a courtesy check. I would recommend their service to others.
