Werribee Kia

Back in May 2022 I went looking for a used car to buy. I walked into Kia Werribee and Peter came and assisted me.Due to covid there wasn’t a lot to select from but he showed me what they had. After talking to him and advising I wasn’t in a hurry I decided to go with a brand new car.I ordered a Seltos, was told there would be a possible 12 month wait list. Today October 31st 2022. I picked up my Car. Thanks Peter for assisting me with the purchase and Riccardo who handed over the keys to me and showed me everything about features of the car. Also thanks to David the manager for the car mats and the boot protector.All the staff at KIA Werribee were amazing. Highly recommend them.

Picked up my Kia Seltos today.Peter the sales man has been great. When there when I needed a car in hurry and he showed the best option he had and I got the car in a month. Very helpful, always answers the phone calls.Recommend Kia Werribee as I went to almost all Kia stores in Melbourne and found Werribee one the best.

I recently purchased a car from Kia in Werribee and dealt with Joey. He was extremely helpful from the get go and so easy to deal with and talk to. He looked after me very well and ensured the car was all ready for me to pick up before a long weekend, he even offered me a hire car just in case it was not ready, but I was lucky enough for it to be ready for pickup. The process was all very easy and the communication was great through the entire process. Joey was great to deal with and would highly recommend!

Well, what great service. Phoned Werribee Kia on the Tuesday. Spoke with Peter who helped me immensely over the phone. Wednesday went to visit and looked at a few different Kia styles. I was there for hours. Peter was very patient with me. Found and purchased my car and it was ready for the Friday for me to pick up. (Everyone there who got me through the process very kind.) On the Saturday,Peter called to see if all was well . So far so good.

My husband and I walked into Kia not knowing we would be purchasing a new car, we dealt with josh from the very start and could not recommend dealing with anyone else but him. From the very start he was professional and approachable. We traded our old car in towards our brand new purchase and josh worked towards and achievable price for both parties. Josh was more than accommodating showing us features and other cars, never hesitated for made us feel like a burden, he made us feel comfortable. Post buying our new car josh has still left all lines of communication open and consistently ensuring we were 110% satisfied with our purchase. Definitely recommend dealing with Josh if you have the opportunity. Riccardo was also a pleasure to deal with when picking up our car due to josh not being in, we also found him professional and welcoming! Thanks again to the team at Werribee Kia!

Bad customer service. the 7 years warranty is just for advertising. Nothing gets fix. I have been advised that the rubber pops out all the time isn't under warranty because i use the back door a lot. lol. The reason i buy the car is to use it as much as i desire or like. I'm not happy with the service given at all. I really regret buying two bright new cars and spent $130,000 within this dealership. I have sold on one and can’t wait to sale the second car to stay away from Werribee kia

Worst ever experience. Manager ( David) does not know how to talk. They will be sweet to you but not before the sale and then will show their true colours after the sale is done. Never fall in their trap. Highly overpriced. I will never recommend them. In fact a broker could provide a better deal than them.

A week ago today I walked into Werribee Kia and was greeted by Peter. He knew exactly what I was after and didn't try to get me to go out of my budget. We clicked straight away. I picked up the car Wednesday and was greeted by Peter with a welcome hug. He remembered passing comments from our chat the few days prior, which made me know he truly listened and valued what i was saying. True to his word he called me this this morning as he promised to see how i was enjoying the car. The whole team at Werribee Kia were amazing, but Peter made you feel like you were just catching up with a friend.

Unfortunately our experience with Werribee Kia left much to be desired. Before purchasing our car, we became aware of a recall on the particular model we had been looking at. On checking the VIN we found that the car we were due to purchase was listed for recall and needed to be seen by a Kia mechanic to be considered safe. We were assured this work would be completed before driving away in the vehicle. We were also promised a full tank of petrol after purchase as there was barely any left in the tank for our test drive.On picking up our car after purchase, we asked whether the necessary work had been completed and were told that it most likely had been. I insisted this be checked, and the work had actually not been completed, so we had to wait for it to be done on site before driving away. When we finally entered the vehicle, the tank was still close to empty.On top of all of this, we were given false/misleading information about financing the car and have now had to pay a hefty fee.The car has served us well, but Werribee Kia did not.
