All the staff are always wonderful and caring....except for the aisian pharmasist. He is always late to open up (up to 15mins late). If you call, he is VERY rude and unhelpful. Always makes you feel like you are wasting his time. Because of him, I would recommend you go to another pharmacy.

I came in when they just opened. I gave them sometimes as I understand they just opened their door. The pharmacist served me that time and first sentence he said “too many, why so many documents, it’s early morning” I thought he was joking to me but he was serious upset to me and the argument started. I work in hospitality and never get so upset until what happened that morning. I had 9 papers with me. To the man who served me that morning, if you do not feel to work, please don’t come because other staff served me really well and you let your team down.

Some mindfulness around time management for your customers,people have busy lives too can't be waiting 40mins to have 2 prescriptions filled.Maybe consider employing another pharmacist being there is a Dr surgery within the mall.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Very intrusive and rude bunch of Karens. When I said I was uncomfortable answering personal medical questions when buying an over the counter medication I'd been using for 40yrs all three female staff members verbally attacked me. They went on some power trip stating they had the right to ask me and if I didn't want to answer their questions then they wouldn't sell me my inhaler. That's right an inhaler. Thankful for the pharmacy at Alexander Heights who very polity asked for my Medicare card and sold me my Ventolin inhaler no questions asked.
