Had a not-at-fault crash in my 2021 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Lincon and his team were great. They immediately arranged a hire-car for me for the three and a half weeks while my own was being repaired. There was a delay for work to start while the at-fault insurance company was approving the quote, but once that was recieved, worked to get me back on the road in my own car as quickly as possible. When I picked up my car, it was as good as new, and as if the accident never happened. Very approachable people, and very professional all around.

I would highly recommend Lincoln and his staff, fast service, great price. And very friendly. Kept me informed all the way.I would have no worries in recommending this company.

I went into Sanderson, as a not at fault driver. They suggested going down the path of using their lawyers to proceed with the claim. They also stated that the repairs wouldn’t be until Early December 2022 which I accepted. So in mid October I complete all the paperwork required and then today 11/11/2022 they call and tell me they can’t book me in until January. So they lie to get your job and do what they can to get extra money from the insurer hence the paperwork required from their Lawyers, even though I already had at fault acceptance claim from NRMA and the at fault driver. Then they had the nerve to tell me good luck getting another company to do it before Xmas, I would of had a good chance if they were honest about time frame for repairs when I first went in. I never would of accepted this as I’m meant to be selling the car over the Xmas period for delivery of my new car.Response to SandersonsIt was 8 days later, not 2 weeks as some of the information required from Norton Lawyers was hard to get from at fault driver.Firstly I didn’t ring and patronise anyone, I rang and said out of courtesy I was letting you know I left a negative review.And lastly you were not trying to help you were being obtuse and a smart-arse telling me I wouldn’t get anyone to do it before Xmas now. That’s when I swore at you.

The team at Sandersons did an amazing job on my Insurance claim. From the initial inspection to the body work being completed the staff made the process as painless as possible. Great customer service. Would highly recommend 5/5
