I came to buy an iPhone. I waited for 15 minutes then the person I spoke took me to his desk. He didn’t show me iPhone, he didn’t show me colours, he didn’t show any accessories. He focus on selling iPhone plus product care, accessories without much explanation. He was just trying to sellI said. Note mixed reviews. I can only provide positive experience review for all staff I spoke with via phone, especially Mira who confirmed the appliance I was seeking was in store, had it on its way to me on the Central Coast NSW later that day. We had the appliance operating in our home within 60 hours of my first contact. That service is got to be hard to beat!

I suffer anxiety and two staff members I had asked to help with printing photos walked off on me I'm computer illiterate the third staff member a nice young man had the time to help. Felt very embarrassed and I'm sure they were all laughing at me. Not good enough

Knowledgeable staff and eager to help. Phil was great at the computer section, but my preference was friendly loretta in the house appliance section. She's a gem.
