Went to pharmacy tonight to fill prescription faxed by Drs rooms earlier that day. Staff stated that fax had not been received despite Drs rooms stating they had received confirmation that pharmacy had received fax. Staff member was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Staff member displayed poor level of customer service, unhelpful and inpatient when asked if she could re check script fax received for the day. Extremely disappointing considering I was still in uniform as a health professional to be treated so poorly. Sadly not the first experience from National Pharmacy of poor customer service….

Appalling service. Went in to purchase product advertised at $24.95 only to be told that the item was $41.95. after showing the staff member their advertised price on their website (national pharmacies Mitcham) I was told this was the online price and that they would not discount. However no where on their website does it state that these prices are only online prices, members prices were advertised but that is it.Having spent over an hour travelling on public transport to get there and being told that if I wasn't happy I can go elsewhere I truly won't be coming back to this store ever again. Staff were rude and very un- accommodating. Very very dissatisfied.

Your medication will cost you double here, go to Priceline instead. I paid $21 here & $11 at Priceline . Absolute rip off. Pharmacist also made up script incorrectly, 40mg instead of 10mg! Inexcusable. Huge difference!! Priceline Mitcham is far cheaper & they give excellent service.

Had one of the worst customer experience here today, my Dr. had prescribed for ferro-grad iron deficiency tablets but at the national pharmacy counter i was given maltofer asking me to try it. Next day i went back to replace it with the actual prescribed brand on Dr. advice and the pharmacy refused to replace it.This is how national pharmacy is scamming people, please stay away from this pharmacy.

Paid $32 for a private prescription which should have been $16. Only found this out once I got home and researched the price. I think they need to rethink their “membership” over prescriptions when it comes to pricing, obviously their mark up is way to much with no limits set it could drive customers elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer of NP but really felt disappointed with the manager today. We were shocked that she got emotional and kept blaming. It’s actually not a big deal that the system was not working and she could not proceed the transaction. We could choose other ways to pay indeed. However, she kept blaming that it’s the customer’s mistake and complained about the system. I hope that she can keep calm next time and focus on fixing the problem instead.Ok, we are just human. I feel sorry for her that IT department can’t support her much.What we did is quite easy and common in most shops we visit. We don’t know what happened to your company’s payment system.

I had a prescription with Reg 24 meaning to get all the repeats together they only allowed me one. Awful customer service I always seem to have a bad experience in this chemist won’t go again.
