Kirstie was absolutely amazing on Saturday helping me and my wife with a kitchen sink. Her friendliness and assistance was so good, and she managed to find us a bargain upstairs which just made our visit and experience even better. Lady at the front desk ignored us for 10 minutes while we stared at shower setup’s clearly knowing what we came in there for, then picked up a call and spoke on the phone while continuing to ignore us. I’ve worked in customer service for years and it’s not hard to greet/ eye contact and a smile, and say you’ll be with a customer in 5-10, definitely doesn’t benefit a business having customers ignored especially when they are ready to buy. BUT luckily thanks to Henri for his amazing service, friendliness and help, we found something to suit us, thanks Henri!!

Exceptional service from the lady in the showroom, her product knowledge and eye for detail helped us with all the questions and items we needed for our bathroom renovation. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Can't recommend enough. Thanks for everything.

Initial purchase of plumber caddy conversion taps for $149 was good however after just over a month the cold water tap will not turn off and was now constantly running. I called Reece Busselton and was informed that as the taps were not installed by a licensed plumber that my warranty was voided. When asked where is stated that on the receipt or tap box, they had nothing to say but still would not agree to replace the taps even though water was running. All they would do is log some sort of query with the manufacture who apparently would then call me some time in the next week. Last time I Buy from Reece Busselton as their after purchase service is woeful.
