Sadly disappointed with the pies. Gravy looked a murky light brown grey colour, nothing like gravy and tasted as bad as it looked. Not chunky at all despite being told otherwise. Pastry was the only redeeming feature that made it barely edible. We won't be back.

Outstanding service and nice pies. Went for the first time and bought 6 different pies for a group of people and shop keeper wrote on each packet - very accommodating.

Born & Bread Bakery
We go to Toowoomba to visit a relative. Each time we visit here first to pick up bakery products. We call ahead to reserve unsliced loaves and anything else we need. Fantastic quality and extra friendly service. We can absolutely recommend it.

Its a shame im putting a one star as i like this bakery. But if you have something to say to the customer, say it to their face or dont say it at all. Yes, we can hear you when you talk about us when we leave the shop. Served by some rude grumpy lady. She spoke very loud about me when i left, idk if she wanted me to hear what she was saying or doesn’t understand that people have ears. I will be telling everyone about this interaction, thought id start with a google review then say it to all friends and family not to go here.

I love my pies and it would be fair to say I've visited every place that sells them in this town. Born & bread is a bakery that i will continue visiting, time and time again. The pies are delicious and the sausage rolls are to die for. Just thinking about it as I write this review makes my mouth water. Looks like I'll be seeing you soon!

Good selection of pies and pastries (best pie and peas I've had in a long time), and an array of cakes, slices, tarts, scones and bread. There's a stand inside shop selling discounted bread and other goodies. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely worth a visit.
