I have patronised this pharmacy since it's opening and have always been happy with the service provided. The staff are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Yolanda who provides that personal touch making everything that little bit brighter.No questions are left unanswered and instructions on medication usage are clearly explained. Pharmacy is always clean and well stocked.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, the staff are always pleasant, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I love the convenience of leaving a script on file and calling when needed. Great team of people and Yolanda is always there smiling like she cares.

I am surprised to see this some bad reviews here. I have been their loyal customer for 15 years and I don't have complaints. On the contrary, I am happy with the service and professional advice me and my family have received all these years. I have to specially mention the excellent work Yolanda provides. She patiently takes care of my mother, who doesn't speak English, when she goes alone to buy her regular medications. Thank you all.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a decade and the staff all know me and my family. They are very caring and helpful and always help me to get what I need. I highly recommend it, I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

Have given this Chemist numerous chances across the years due to pure convenience despite knowing they charge more for most medication & their customer service is non-existent. In the past, they have mixed up my parents medications (mislabelling them), given my Mum completely wrong medication & today, my husband was made to feel like he did something wrong when he was undercharged for his medication last time. I can understand mistakes are made but customer service is for free & the situation today should have been handled in a different manner, you can say what you need to without being rude or condensing.

I just want to mention the young lady Layal, she is such an asset to the pharmacy. She always greets me and my daughter by name each time we get scripts with a lovely smile. She definitely stands out.Thank you.

Extremely grateful to the pharmacist and Jenny. They went above and beyond to help me. I’m from interstate and stranded without my medication they went out of their way to receive and fill my script and then to personally deliver it to me late at night. Feeling better with your kindness.

Very unfriendly stuff, the pharmacist thinks his above all of us. Few weeks ago I asked for a witness form of driving licence which was related to getting a new job which a pharmacist would legible to witness, since I was the regular customer I was hoping he would do it. By the way there was no other patient waiting. simply the Pharmacist just declined to do it. No wonder nobody goes to your pharmacy. Later on I went to Chemist Warehouse and they happily do it without saying anything.
