I dealt with Duncan and as others have said, communication and service were excellent. He answered my questions and gave alternative options for an item he didn't carry. Really impressed with the smoothness of the transaction and speed of delivery. Definitely recommend DIY Mtb and would use them again.

Thanks Duncan at DIY MTB. They had the specialist part I needed, it was in stock as the website had said, and was ordered and shipped the same day. Part arrived to me by post the next day. It is now fitted and I can go riding again. All that completed only a few days before the Christmas break, so I am stoked. As someone else said in their review, Duncan was really polite and friendly to deal with. Also knows his stuff. I'm really happy and will use DIY MTB again.
