Our dear old Dad passed away recently.He had pre arranged a funeral service with Simplicity funerals . A big help to start with. We contacted The Robina branch and spoke with Jade Roberts. What a lovely ,helpful lady. Jade explained and guided us thru the whole process . All our family felt confident all would go well. And it did . A very sad and difficult time was helped enormously by the caring &efficiency of Jade & all the staff at Simplicity. Thank you very ,very much. The Harris family.

Jade from Simplicity Funerals managed my Dad's funeral. She was simply outstanding. Caring, respectful, empathethic and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The service turned out how the family and Dad wanted. I can't recommend Jade & Simplicity highly enough. Thank you for making a tough time much easier.
