I just had the MOST amazing Pregnancy Pause spa package with Alicia. Every time I’ve had a massage and/or facial here it’s been fantastic but today was next level. I was so relaxed I had to keep remembering to breathe.Cannot recommend highly enough.

You might want to have a chat to your staff member about how she answers the phone and makes people feel on the other end. Flat tone, rude and unaccomodating. I had to hang up as it really put me off. If she makes me feel like that on the phone- then I can't imagine being comfortable in her presence. Her name starts with T.

I get that staff calling in sick can’t be helped, but when the wait list to get in is a few months, you would think it would be wise to have staff on standby. I booked 3 months in advance, took the day off work and was looking forward to a massage and facial on my birthday. But was told on the day it was cancelled. Not even an apology offered or an offer to switch with someone who had booked only recently. I guess I’ll have to wait another few months to get in again

endota is a serene and relaxing spa with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who made my treatment so enjoyable. I was so relaxed, I pretty much floated out of the spa at the end. Will definately be returning.

I came in a little frustrated this morning & spoke to one of the girls at reception, I didn’t grab her name but she had brown hair & a lovely complexion.She was so professional and understanding & kind to me after I felt frustrated, and ensured I stayed happy. Her professionalism and kindness made me feel so much better and have given me such a better outlook on Endota Spa.Thank you to that girl she was truly so kind. Top customer service.

Extremely Disappointing! The team at Endota Spa Cronulla has dropped the ball. Either my therapist wanted to go home or she didn’t want to touch a woman of colour.I was booked in for the Intense Radiance Facial, 45 mins and I was really looking forward to being pampered.Firstly, when I was met by my young therapist, she failed to introduce herself or even smile at me. The room was beautifully set up, music volume was at a good level. I liked the added touch of placing a jade stone on my chest for an added layer of feeling grounded. But when she placed her hands & product on me it felt so incredibly rushed. The touch pressure was like she was brushing dust of a table. When she performed the scalp massage it felt like she was twirling my hair & not even touching my scalp. Even though I asked for more pressure (which she applied for 10 seconds) she resorted back to daydreaming. Sadly it was the same with the foot massage. When you've experienced a facial or massage before, you can automatically feel when the therapist/masseuse knows what they're doing. Unfortunately, my therapist didn't. At the conclusion of the treatment, which ended at least 5 mins early, she asked if I'd like a tea or water (I requested a tea) & said that she be waiting for me in the relaxation lounge. When I entered the lounge, she immediately tried to hand me a list of products that she recommended, I had to stop her & ask her where was the tea? She had forgotten the tea. Then I asked her what her name was, to which she replied, Kate. I've written it on the list of products".I then proceeded to the reception to where I had relayed all the above information to the manager. She reassured me that Kate was experienced. When I told her that the products & spa itself is beautiful however I felt the therapist's quality of service was lacking

I wonder why, at the end of my treatment, I’m asked how it was - and I give general feedback about my experience - do I then feel attacked for giving my opinion? This is not the first time this has happened here.I walked away feeling l’d been subjected to a verbal smackdown like I was a naughty child for not correctly understanding the information provided. Not impressed.Perhaps the negative energy I experienced has to do with the grammatically incorrect signage on the front window.
