Doing a complete makeover of my en suite and had a basic idea of what I wanted to achieve. Mandy was so helpful and gave me confidence to make decisions. After placing the order, she called me to say that the vanity handles didn't match the other fixtures and fittings I had chosen so she had ordered an alternative. Thanks Mandy!

Went to the Mandurah shop to purchase a new toilet. I was interested in buying until I was told how much it costs for delivery literally five minutes and down the road from them. I was told $110 to deliver. Lost me with that. I purchased later that day with a delivery fee of $20. Also a discount on the toilet suit.I'm happy.

Helen was Manager at Mandurah branch when we made our purchase for our new home and it was a pleasure to deal with her and her knowledge of the products was unsurpassable... The home we built took nearly two years from pre-start and during this time we made a number of calls to Helen and then to her daughter Mandy when Helen moved to another store and we found them to be very professional and so helpful... I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone building or renovating... Thank you both...
