Saevil Row has been invaluable in the conception and launching of two websites for us. First, a beautiful concept and design was created for our first lifestyle website/blog, after lots of idea exchanges and suggestions. Rachelle was a delight to work with and we are so happy with the result. After the first site was completed Rachelle then helped to revamp a tired page and breathed much needed new life into it. We get compliments all the time about how pretty our sites are. All this while working from the other side of the globe. These designs felt different and yet relatable. Rachelle's communication throughout the process was bang on! I heard from her often and felt taken care of. Although I paid a significant deposit to build my website, the only page that was built was a ticketing page for an event that I conducted.All funds collected for the tickets were paid into Saevil Row’s account and when this issue was discovered, it was rectified. However, it took a payment plan for these funds to be returned to my business.The page that was built also did not work and we were not able to collect the names and details of those who had purchased tickets.After raising this problem several times, it was dismissed. After many weeks, it was finally acknowledged that there was a problem. The page was taken down and reloaded which did finally work.I am now running the same event again and Saevil Row has suggested not using the same ticketing page (due to last year’s problems) and to build a new one for a new cost. Leaving my business to pay twice for this same page.After wishing to discuss this, Saevil Row sent an email cancelling my contract to build my full site and have offered a very small refund, no where near what is acceptable.If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would and this is the first bad review that I have posted online.

Working with Saevil Row has always been an absolute pleasure. Rachelle has such a gift for design + branding. Her passion for creating beautiful brands is inspiring. My recent re-brand was inspired by colors from a kombucha bottle- and Rachelle took that and created a brand that reflected my personality, brand vision and business growth plan. I couldn't imagine someone else creating what she did! Rachelle just gets it. I appreciate her knowledge, education + appreciation for all things design but what really makes the working relationship spectacular is her follow up, attention to detail, care for her clients and most of all her radiant + kind personality.
